You’ll first receive a payment confirmation email, followed by another email containing the e-gift card shortly after.

2. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded after purchase.
3. Lost, stolen, or destroyed gift cards will not be replaced.
4. Non-refundable, non-extensible, and non-exchangeable for cash.
5. Orchid & Ink reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any gift card for suspected fraud, incorrect denomination, or other policy violations.
