At Orchid & Ink, every order is prepared with care and attention to detail. We want your cards to arrive safely and beautifully — just as they were designed.

📦 Processing Time

All orders are handmade or printed to order.

- In-stock designs: 1-2 business days to process and pack.

- Personalised or custom designs: 7 business days to process.

Once your order has been completed, you’ll receive a notification when it’s ready for pickup or when it is out for delivery.

🚚 Delivery within Singapore

We currently ship to addresses within Singapore only.

- Standard delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

- Deliveries are handled by trusted local couriers such as SingPost, Ninja Van, or J&T Express.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete — Orchid & Ink cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses.
